The Body Sync Series is a series of workshops guided by @GoldenLaKali where we connect with the ancient technology of the body,  syncing with the natural rhythms of our bodies, the planet, and the Universe through movement and holistic medicine.

In this Body Sync Series Session, Golden La Kali guides an experience of yogic movement to the rhythm of spoken word with a self-regulation tea offering to deprogram and reprogram the body to a self-regulated, aligned, and activated state.
