Jackie Drummond
Jackie Drummond (they/she) grew up in Colorado in a multicultural and multigenerational house. They are excited to bring Kemetic yoga and African ritual to Manos! Kemetic yoga stems from ancient African traditions and is a social, cultural and political movement dedicated to restoring the health and history of Black folks. In addition to teaching movement in the community, they teach people how to sew and transform fibers as a way to regenerate our relationship with ourselves, each other and the Land. They are on their way to healing and are sharing what they know with care and intention. They study Kemetic Yoga under Master Yirser Ra Hotep, Michelle Blu, Sarah Wes, and Ursula Macheke. Jackie encourages Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), Queer/2SLGTBQIA+, children, elders, trauma survivors, neurodiverse, and disabled community members to join them in class, where they intentionally hold space for marginalized people to reclaim joy! Bryanne Lotter
Bryanne (aka Bree, she/they) is a gentle facilitator of yoga and breathwork who invites students to listen deeply with curiosity and compassion. Drawn to practices that foster quiet reflection, Bryanne guides herself and others to play with breath, movement and stillness to ground the nervous system and fully experience the present moment.
Bryanne enjoys creating a warm space where all are welcome to show up as they are and be with self in community. Their classes are an invitation to explore your internal world without judgement and to mindfully choose what’s right for you. Inspired by nature’s cycles, Bryanne encourages students to reconnect with the innate wisdom within and honor the flow of their personal seasons. She believes we find the deepest nourishment when we integrate what we discover in practice into daily life off the yoga mat.
Bryanne’s teaching style has been shaped by over 500 hours of somatic study, including trauma-informed Yoga Teacher Training at Urban Sanctuary, a Conscious Breathwork Apprenticeship with Claudia Nanino, and specialized training in Yin Yoga and Accessible Rest practices. Rooted in softness, their approach centers personal agency and tenderly invites students to come home to their bodies in their own way, in their own time.

Kirt Mendes
Kirt (they/them) is an energetic ball of light who loves connecting with others! Born and raised in Florida, they are the only child of Caribbean immigrants, a mental health graduate student, a Reiki Master/practitioner, tarot reader, natal astrologer and intuitive. They were first introduced to yoga in 2018 through their Philosophy professor who combined asana, spirituality and philosophy into the practice which was a perfect blend for Kirt to quickly adopt. This led to their eventual completion of a 200hr YTT with Urban Sanctuary in 2023 in Denver, Colorado and the need to create a space in the yoga community where ALL bodies are welcomed. Kirt combines their mental health studies with their yoga practice to create a trauma-informed space that allows for introspection, ancestral connection, self/co regulation, and the permission to show up as you are. here
